  • Concept Development & Design: Creating bespoke designs based on client needs and industry best practices.
  • Space Planning & Architectural Integration: Ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetic appeal of spaces.
  • Material Sourcing & Procurement: Sourcing high-quality materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories from verified suppliers.
  • Project Management & Implementation: Overseeing construction, fit-out, and installation phases to ensure seamless execution.
  • Consultation & Advisory Services: Providing expert guidance on aesthetics, functionality, sustainability, and market trends.

All services are subject to specific agreements, project scopes, and separate contracts, which outline detailed responsibilities and deliverables.

3. Engagement & Contractual Agreements

  • Clients engaging our services must enter into a formal agreement detailing project scope, timelines, costs, and payment structures.
  • Any changes to an agreed contract must be documented and approved in writing by both parties.
  • All projects are subject to feasibility assessments and compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Grand Atre reserves the right to decline projects that do not align with our values, expertise, or ethical standards.

4. Product Sourcing & Third-Party Suppliers

  • We partner with reputable manufacturers and suppliers to ensure high-quality materials and furnishings.
  • Product availability is subject to change based on market conditions, supplier stock, and other external factors beyond our control.
  • Grand Atre does not bear liability for defects, delays, or unforeseen issues arising from third-party vendors.
  • Clients may request specific brands or materials, but final procurement is subject to supplier availability and project suitability.

5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

  • All design concepts, drawings, renders, and other creative works developed by Grand Atre remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred to the client under a written agreement.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our designs and materials is strictly prohibited.
  • Client data, project details, and personal information are handled with confidentiality and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Payments, Fees & Refunds

  • All projects require an initial deposit before commencement, with remaining payments structured as per the contract.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees and affect project timelines.
  • Product sourcing and procurement payments are non-refundable once orders have been placed with suppliers.
  • Refunds or adjustments are subject to specific contractual clauses and supplier policies.

7. Liability & Indemnification

  • Grand Atre exercises due diligence in delivering high-quality services but is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project execution.
  • Clients are responsible for securing necessary approvals, permits, and legal compliances related to their projects.
  • Any disputes arising from third-party engagements must be resolved directly with the respective supplier or contractor.
  • Clients agree to indemnify Grand Atre against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from project misrepresentation, third-party actions, or non-compliance with contractual obligations.

8. Termination & Force Majeure

  • Either party may terminate an agreement under written notice, subject to contractual obligations and penalties outlined in the agreement.
  • Grand Atre reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to non-payment, contractual breaches, or force majeure events.
  • Unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or supply chain disruptions, may impact project timelines. In such cases, both parties shall negotiate reasonable adjustments.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • In the event of disputes, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to resolve the matter.
  • If a resolution is not reached, disputes shall be settled through arbitration or mediation as per the governing laws of the U.A.E.
  • Legal proceedings, if required, shall be conducted in the appropriate courts of the U.A.E.

10. Privacy Policy

  • Your use of our website and engagement with our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard personal and project-related data.
